1Did you configure your RealWear Glasses : date & time and Wifi network?

Follow the procedure How to generate a QR code for configuring your RealWear glasses Essential version? 

If the problem persists, move on to the next step.
2Do you have a Wifi connection with Internet? If this is unsuccessful, contact AMA Customer Support.  This topic explains the appropriate procedure.
