Do I need to install any software to use XpertEye on the remote participant device?

You can use the XpertEye website with no need to install any additional software.  

The only requirements for the remote participant's computer are as follows: 

- most recent version of the Google Chrome  browser 

- unfiltered Internet connection 

- microphone  

- webcam (not mandatory)
