1. Check the general condition of the equipment (dedicated computer, dedicated phone, glasses and cameras)
2. Make sure all materials are loaded before use.
3. Once the equipment is connected to a power source, make sure that the LED on the laptop side is lit.
4. Make sure all hardware has been started separately before use (exception for Vuzix M300)
5. Be sure to use only materials and accessories provided and validated by AMA.
6. Make sure you have updated your XpertEye hardware before contacting our support.
