How can I transfer videos from the phone to my computer?

- Connect the smartphone to the computer via USB
- Place your finger at the top of the screen and scroll down to open the notifications pane
- Click on the notification USB for charging

- In the options window, select the Transfer files to Windows or MAC (MTP).

- Then open Windows Explorer
- Click on "this PC" icon
- You should see your smartphone appear

- Your videos are in the following location: "This PC"\Galaxy A52 5G\Stockage interne\Movies\XpertEye

- From this location (records), you can retrieve your videos
