I don't see the camera stream before starting a call

Once you are connected to XpertEye website, camera authorizations have been made, a preview of the camera is available. However, if no preview is shown, please check : 

  • You have accepted the notification about XertEye to access to your camera.
  • Another videoconference application could be running and using at the moment your camera.
  • An antivirus or another kind of security software would block XpertEye to access to your camera.
